Berkeley College is excited to welcome you all to the Spring 2019 Study Abroad program!

For those who were unable to make it to orientation on Tuesday March 26, please join Berkeley College on Monday April 1st at 11.00am at the Lower Level of the 41st Street building. 12 E 41 Street, New York, NY 10017. 

Pop-up Bookstore:

On Monday, April 1^st from 2pm-5pm, the Berkeley bookstore will be selling Berkeley shirts, sweatshirts and other clothing items. If you would like to purchase something please visit the Lower Level in the 41^st Building.

Attached above, you will find a copy of the Study Abroad Orientation Presentation from Tuesday March 26, 2019. Please review the PowerPoint for important information.

As a reminder, the International Division must receive a copy of:

• Your passport
• Your visa
• Your proof of health insurance
• Your Most Recent I-94 (which you receive online at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home)
• Contact Sheet with your address and emergency contact information (if you have not handed this in yet, attached is a copy of the form to complete)

If you have not yet sent these to us, you can bring the above documents to the International Division, located on the 14^th floor of the 41^st street building, Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. You can also email your documents to me at SDE@berkeleycollege.edu or Colleen CHA@berkeleycollege.edu. If you email your documents, please be sure you include your full name and Berkeley ID number in the subject line.

Engage/WiFi login:

If you have difficulties logging into Engage or campus WiFi, please contact the Help Desk at one of the below methods for assistance. The WiFi network is named Berkeley WiFi and you use the same username and password as Engage.

Class Schedule:

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your class schedule, please contact Dr. Correa at mcm@berkeleycollege.edu. Please be sure you include your full-name and Student ID number in all of your emails.

Student ID:

Please go to the Lower Level of the 43^rd street building with your class schedule to receive your Student ID. You will need to show this card whenever you enter campus.

New York State/NYC ID:

Attached you will find information on receiving a NY State ID or Driver’s License. You may also apply for a NYC ID. NYC ID is a free government-issued photo identification card available to all those living in New York City. You can learn more about NYC IDs and apply online at https://www1.nyc.gov/site/idnyc/card/how-to-apply.page.
