Negotiation – the art of having a good conversation. We negotiate with our clients, prospects, colleagues, bosses, partners and children. How does our attitude influence the other person? Is negotiation a talent or a skill? What are the important elements of negotiation? 

We will tackle those questions in the two-hour workshop.
