Spring 2019 Orientation Berkeley College

Spring 2019 cohort in New York are invited to register for a mandatory orientation.

You will gain important information about your courses, schedule as well as access to online resources during the orientation.

Arrive at least 5 mins early to ensure that we can start orientation at 10.30am.

Immigration Documents: If you have not done so already, please email a copy of your immigration documents. This includes: your main passport page, your J1 visa in your passport, and proof of health insurance. As a reminder, your insurance document must include your name and the dates you are covered in the United States. Your coverage must comply with the medical insurance requirements for Exchange Visitors outlined on the J-1 Health Insurance Acknowledgement that you signed.ID Card Photo: If you have not done so already, please email Colleen Chapman a passport sized photo so we can have your student ID card printed and ready for you when you arrive.
