PROJECT MANAGER “VIDEO ON DEMAND”
Full time position (100%) = 40 hours/week. Start date March 15, 2018; temporary position until October 31, 2019.
The Goethe-Institut is the cultural institute of the Federal Republic of Germany with a global reach. We promote knowledge of the German language abroad and foster international cultural cooperation. In 2018/2019, the Goethe-Institut, together with several partners in Germany and the United States, coordinates the marketing campaign “Deutschlandjahr USA” (A Year of Germany in the U.S.) to foster a transatlantic dialog between our two countries. We are looking for employees to envision and implement various large campaign projects.
One of the projected campaign activities is “Video on Demand / A Year of German Film”: an online library of 50 movies from different eras and genres: feature films, documentaries, children’s movies, silent films and animated films.
