AMD Class Trip to Hudson Yards

On June 12th, Professors Esposito and Butensky experienced Hudson Yards with AMD study abroad students. A formal tour of this incredible facility was both informative and entertaining. Highlights included drawing on the “I was here” wall (see photo) and an opportunity to climb “the vessel,” an 80 landing work of art/ spiral staircase. “Hudson Yards has become the cultural center of Manhattan’s New West Side. A template for the future of cities, this new neighborhood has not only changed the way New York looks to the world, but the way the world sees New York.”
