MaiFest Presenting Miss German-America and Court 2019

The MaiFest Presenting Miss German-America and Court is a new format for the Crowning and will take place on May 19th at The Liederkranz.
Tickets cost $40 and include passed Hors d’oeuvres, spätzle station, dessert, coffee/tea, and raffle for door prize. Guests 21+ receive a complimentary welcome glass of Schlumberger sparkling wine and a Hofbräu beer. The first 100 guests to receive a beer will go home with a Steuben Parade Glass Stein. Additional food & drink will be available for purchase/sample. Parade sponsors will have tables where you can learn about, sample and buy their products. Kleindeutschland and Steuben Parade Historian, Kathy Jolowicz, will also have a table where she will talk about the history of the Parade. Who will be Miss German-America 2019, Queen of the 62nd German-American Steuben Parade of New York? Every year we crown a Miss German-America, Steuben Parade Queen along with two Parade Princesses, Junior Princesses and a Junior General. As spokeswoman for the New York Steuben Parade, the Queen and her court will promote the New York Steuben Parade by attending numerous events in the greater NYC area.
The Finalists will Receive:
• $5000 College Scholarship for Miss German-America
• $2500 College Scholarship for each Princess
• A Place of Honor on the Parade Float in New York City
• Special Honors at the Parade Gala & Silent Auction in NYC
