The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the DAAD Alumni Association USA request are proud to present the
2019 Sound Understanding Concert
Weill Recital Hall, Carnegie Hall New York
Thursday, 11 April 2018 at 7:30 pm
We look forward to introducing you to some of the most talented and promising new musicians from Germany.
These young women and men were selected in a nationwide competition among the best graduates of German music colleges.
They each received a DAAD award to study for one year in the US or Canada.
DAAD Music Fellows 2018/19:
Lukas Akintaya, drums
Justus Heher, trombone
Florian Herzog, double bass
Carolina López Moreno, soprano
Christian Mehler, trumpet/flugelhorn
Sabeth Pérez, voice
Yochai Noah Sadeh, guitar
