Join Sara Auster and Alex Falk for a deeply immersive experience of sound in the grand ballroom of The William Vale Hotel on Thursday, April 19th.

Come lay down, relax, and bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. A Sound Bath is a meditative event that supports states of deep relaxation, where stress release and healing can occur. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body. A Saje Wellness custom scent blend for the season will be diffused throughout the space.

Please note – doors will open at 7pm and we will begin promptly at 7:20pm

Participants are invited to bring a pillow or small blanket or scarf (towels will be provided but you’re welcome to bring your own mat).
