Negative thoughts are not our enemies. Don’t say that mindfulness is good and anger, fear, sorrow are evils, and the good has to fight the evils. When we allow ourselves to take a mindfulness bath, the negative energy will naturally wash away and we will then feel refreshed.
By generating the energy of mindfulness and tenderly embracing our negative energy, we will find some relief and regain our balance.
