Do Plants have Intelligence? – A Symposium

22nd March 2018 @ 10:00 am - 12:30 pm

$20

Two world-renowned plant researchers, Peter Wohlleben, German forester and author of The Hidden Life of Trees, and Stefano Mancuso, Director of the International Laboratory of Plant Neurobiology (Florence, Italy), author of Brilliant Green and Plant Revolution—explore the question of Plant Intelligence, sharing intriguing new findings from the forest and the lab. Using the latest biological evidence,  these experts challenge our perception of nature and shed new light on the remarkable life of plants.  Harvard’s distinguished historian of science, Janet Browne, Ph.D., moderates the discussion. A booksigning will follow the presentations. Symposium: Plant Intelligence, on March 22, 2018 at The New York Botanical Garden.
