Lara Crystal is the co-founder and co-CEO of Minibar Delivery, which is the best way to shop for wine, liquor, beer and more, available across the U.S. Prior to Minibar Delivery, she was part of the founding team at Rent the Runway, and spent over four years leading marketing there; building and launching the brand to help it grow to reach an audience of more than 3.5 million women. Chelsea Morris is an Associate at Rethink Impact, the largest, US-based impact venture capital firm with a gender lens. She has a breadth of experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit worlds, most recently Program Coordinator of the Development Office at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). At CSIS, Chelsea secured new donors, tracked revenue, and played a key role with senior staff in transitioning CRM systems. In 2012 she started her own company, Love and Be Loved, that sold T-shirts and donated a portion of its profits to the local women’s shelter.

Notably,she has worked on the US$30Million acquisition of US biotech company, for which signing was witnessed by former President Obama.
