Learning Outcomes Corporate Finance

Students gain insights into the core aspects of corporate financing decisions. On the basis of financing theories, financing decisions, they are able to evaluate them critically. Starting from the theoretical and practical students are familiar with the evaluation of individual financial titles as well as with the relationship between risk and return. They have knowledge of the optimal capital structure and distribution of companies strategies and are in a position to be able to make investment decisions or valuations on the basis of adequate models. In addition, the students are familiar with the manifold possibilities for procuring their own and debt capital.
